• PURE BEEF NATURAL CASING POLISH (ORDER)
  PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Our Polish Sausages should yield two - 6 1/2" sandwiches per link, they are, like the hot dogs, made from natural spices and the finest lean cuts of bull meat. Natural Select Hog Casings are used for these precooked, just heat and serve polish. They have a hint of garlic and pepper, in addition to it's smoked roasted aroma.

  PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: 97% Fat Free and a naturally wood smoked snack, this tender product surpasses all the rest in its class. A MUST TASTE!!!

  PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Bright yellow and very good. Our mustards contains vinegar, selected mustard seed, salt, tumeric and spices. It is placed one side of a bun with the swipe of a stick or squirt of a bottle.

  PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Our ever famous Fluorescent Green Relish is the most popular product besides our beef. Coming in four one gallon containers, it is often referred to as "Piccalilli" by those familiar with the Chicago Style Hot Dog.   PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Our kosher style Dill Pickles are speared and contained in a five gallon barrel. They come from giant green cucumbers, vinegar, and spices.

  PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Ready o eat, our Serrano peppers contain water, vinegar, salt and calcium chloride. They come in four one gallon containers per case and are the toppings of choice, for the hot at heart. They also are the final topping making the Chicago Style Hot Dog or Polish complete.
